So here I am sharing my latest discovery turned into one of my fav tools for photographers.
Little intro first: I am diving now in this blogging world (in 2021 yes, always in the avant-garde 🙂 ) and I’d never expected making simple blog gallery layouts crafting was so gonna be so complicated! With wordpress and my theme you are extremely limited in the layout of your photos in a blog post. You can even align a vertical and an horizontal photo together(Im new in WordPress too but really, this is something I could have never anticipated to not be possible). Well it turns you need apps to do that. After deep online research I tried three of them and this is hands down the best blogging companion I could have and is called BLOGSTOMP!!.
First of all, the app to install in desktop couldn’t be more simple and easy to handle!.
To begin with, you just drop the files there, it saves the time of having to reduce the size of the files by letting me drag and drop high res files in the app converting them into blog size.
Then you have two options, the freestyle where is extremely simple to arrange them as you want and layout out your weddings with a sense by grouping the photos as you want, for example the details show in a group or the first look in a layout of two with their reaction side by side, etc.
It is also awesome that you can select on the the images to group and it automatically suggest you possible layouts and its settings.
And you can also select the batch option where you can convert all files in. the settings you introduced.
It also lets you blog directly from the app into your platform as it is connected with WordPress, blogger, tumblr, etc
You can set your own styles inside the app to save time just by selecting which you would like for each post.
Blogstomp has also app to make the albums for your couples.
You can also post directly from the app to your social media.
To me is simply the best blogging software I have discovered now that im new into it and all in the research to set up a fas blogging workflow. So I had to tackle it in one of my first blogposts and share it with you!. If you try, let me know if you like it!
Take care!
